#1 Digital Orientation | Transforming the Onboarding Process 

Challenge:  The orientation for new hires was not interactive, not always able to be completed on Day 1 and did not include all important aspects of the company 

 

Outcome: Transformed the onboarding process to create a high impact, high touch, interactive experience for new hires. 

 

Led a multi-disciplinary squad and developed an immersive experience, through the use of VR technology.

#2 - New Hire Welcome Kit 

Challenge:  New hires felt they were just starting a job – rather than joining a team.  There was an opportunity to incent pride and a feeling of being included.

 

Outcome: Together with our creative agency, developed a curated welcome box filled with company branded items to make a memorable first day impression for every new hire – reinforcing their feeling of belonging to the company.

#3 Talent Selection and Acquisition Toolkit 

Challenge:  Lack of consistency and knowledge across the bank to standardize the recruiting process and provide hiring managers with tools for successful recruiting

 

Outcome: Developed a toolkit that outlines the full recruiting cycle; from sourcing up to and including offer letter and negotiation.  This became an instrumental tool for all leaders, removed biases and streamlined the process.

#4 - Internal Communications

Challenge:  Lack of consistency in internal communications.  The company was struggling with a cadence of timing and important information amongst the volume and noise of email.

 

Outcome: Developed a communication series that kept the organization informed and engaged with key messages and themed topics.

#5 AI Recruiting Platform - Phenom

Challenge:  Time consuming sourcing of potential candidates, manual dm’s, manual interview scheduling and layers of collaboration.

 

Outcome: Implemented a AI powered talent experience platform integrated with our HRIS to provide a more agile way of recruiting.  AI screening to match JD’s to potential candidates.  Automated scheduling and hiring leaders collaboration.  10X reach.

#6 - Worldwide Recruitment Tour

Challenge:  A new ship was built and ready to launch.  The recruitment phase entailed having to staff 1200 crew from all around the world in time for the launch.

 

Outcome: Created a strategy alongside our global hiring partners and executed a recruitment world tour roadshow that included 27 countries filled with brand presentations and interviews of thousands of candidates.
